Darshil Shah is the Founder & Managing Director of our accounting outsourcing practice, providing U.S. businesses and CPA firms with accurate, secure, and scalable bookkeeping solutions. As a third-generation accounting professional from a firm with an 80+ year legacy, he combines deep expertise with modern cloud tools like QuickBooks, Xero, and Zoho. A QuickBooks Certified Professional and ISO/IEC 27001-compliant leader, ensures data security, process excellence, and reliable offshore team management. His hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting and streamlined workflows helps clients achieve efficiency, accuracy, and growth with confidence.

He is an avid trekker and traveller, always push himself beyond the limits.

Zeel Shah

Accounting-focused professional with a background in Electronics and Communication Engineering, bringing a strong blend of technical and business expertise. Began a career as a Business Development Manager before transitioning into a Networking Engineer role in Pune, excelling in both networking and client management. Now focused on expanding into U.S. and Canadian accounting and account outsourcing services, delivering reliable, efficient, and globally aligned business solutions.

She has a great interest in Arts and Crafts, Being a Philomath always passionate to explore new things around the world.
